Are you an official Flysurfer dealer?
Yes. We are an official Flysurfer dealer (Skywalk GmbH) for the Czech Republic with a professional dealer agreement. All products are original, with full manufacturer warranty.
What currencies can I pay in?
Prices are in CZK (Czech crowns). You can pay by card, via PayPal or GoPay. Prices on the website include VAT.
How long does delivery take?
Products in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days. Products ordered from the manufacturer typically take 5–10 business days. Shipping within CZ is via Zasilkovna or PPL.
Can I return goods?
Yes. Under Czech law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The goods must be unused and in original packaging.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within CZ: from 129 CZK (Zasilkovna) or 149 CZK (PPL). Free shipping on orders over 3,000 CZK. To EU: from 375 CZK (DPD/GLS).

Which kite is right for me?
It depends on your level, weight and riding style. Contact us and we will advise you — we have 15+ years of experience with Flysurfer products. Or fly to our Test Center in Egypt and try everything in person.
What is the difference between a foil kite and an LEI kite?
Foil kites (SOUL3, SONIC5, PEAK6…) — no inflatable bladders, lighter, pack smaller, also work on snow and land. LEI kites (ERA2, HELI, STOKE4, INDIE…) — inflatable, faster relaunch from water, more popular for classic kitesurfing.
Can I try the gear before buying?
Yes! We operate the world’s largest Flysurfer Test Point at Kitepower El Gouna, Egypt. Complete fleet of all models and sizes. More about the Test Center
Do you offer discounts for schools and instructors?
Yes, IKO certified instructors and kite schools are eligible for special dealer/school prices. Contact us for an individual offer.
Used Gear
Where does the used gear come from?
It is test and demo equipment from our school Kitepower El Gouna. Each item is honestly described — condition, number of flight hours and photos of real condition. It is not a sale from an unknown source — we know exactly what we are selling.
Does used gear have a warranty?
Used gear does not have a manufacturer warranty, but we guarantee functionality at the time of sale. If you discover a hidden defect, we will resolve it.
Kite School
How much does a kitesurfing course cost?
Basic I course (8 hours): €465 semi-private, €695 private 1:1. After the course you receive IKO certification for free and a 15% discount on new Flysurfer equipment. Full course pricing
When is the best time to visit El Gouna?
March–June and August–November are top months. But riding is possible almost year-round — 300+ windy days. January–February: quieter, cheaper accommodation, lagoon almost to yourself. Summer: ideal for wingfoiling.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. The school has a complete fleet of the latest Flysurfer equipment — kites, bars, boards, wetsuits, helmets, vests. Everything is included in the course price.
