1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the seller and the buyer in the online store flysurfer.cz (hereinafter “e-shop”).

2. Order and Contract Conclusion
The buyer’s order constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller. Order confirmation is sent to the buyer’s email address.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices in the e-shop are listed in EUR including VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices. Payment is possible in the following ways:
- Card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- GoPay
- Bank transfer
4. Delivery
Products in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Products ordered from the manufacturer (Flysurfer/Skywalk GmbH) typically within 5–14 business days. Shipping within CZ is handled by Zasilkovna (Packeta) or PPL. Shipping to EU via DPD or GLS.
5. Withdrawal from Contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods pursuant to Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

6. Complaints and Warranty
All new goods are covered by a warranty period of 24 months under Czech law. Complaints are governed by the complaint policy and relevant provisions of the Civil Code. To file a complaint, email info@flysurfer.cz with a description of the defect and photo documentation.
For used/demo gear, no manufacturer warranty applies, but the seller guarantees functionality at the time of sale.
7. Personal Data Protection
The seller processes the buyer’s personal data in accordance with GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Personal data is used exclusively for order processing and will not be provided to third parties except carriers and payment gateways. The buyer has the right to access, correct and delete their personal data.
8. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions become effective on the date of their publication. The seller reserves the right to amend them. Relationships not covered by these terms and conditions are governed by relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
